Great service, a couple concerns

This service is awesome! I Love how easy it is to use and after the account is setup, it does all the work for you. I really have gotten a refund using this service.
A couple cons: You have to provide credit card information. I do all of my online shopping on Amazon. When I got a refund, it was loaded as Amazon credit. I really see no need to for me to have to provide credit card info. I know other stores may load the refund to a credit card but again, I only shop at amazon so it should be optional to provide my credit card information. In this day and age with so much credit card information fraud and theft, they really should ease customer concerns by making this optional.

They need complete access to your email. In order to view your receipts and contact companies, I assume, they need to be able to send and receive from your email. An easy fix is creating a separate account specifically for your purchases. That way you dont have to worry about personal things that may be in your email.
Overall I think this service is really great.
