Doesnt work...

I tried this app for about two months. Had problems with it from the get go and they continued until I finally just deleted the app. First, it took forever to get set-up, which, I was told, had to do with the "huge" amount of traffic they were receiving. When I finally did get set-up, I never received updates or anything from then until about a month later when I was notified that I "missed out" on a refund because the card I had linked to my account didnt issue refunds (thanks for letting me know that upfront). This was followed by a big, long, "commercial" for credit cards that did offer refunds. Seemed very fishy to me and self-serving. I really thought this was going to be a great app since they got a "plug" from one of the morning show "techies," but it just ended up being a total dud.
